For promoting sleep, consider candles fragranced with chamomile, lavender, or sandalwood. These scents are traditionally associated with relaxation and calmness. The burn time of the candle will also be important; aim for at least 3-4 hours to allow the scent to fully fill your room.

The burn time of a meditation candle varies depending on its wax composition (soy, beeswax, etc.) and how much you trim the wick before each use. Generally, you can expect a soy or beeswax candle to burn for around 20-30 hours, providing several sessions during your practice.
