A 160g soy wax jar candle, when burned properly, will typically burn for around 25-40 hours. This depends on the burning conditions - avoid allowing the flame to burn too hot and always allow the wax pool to extinguish completely before re-lighting.

It’s best practice to allow a candle to burn for at least two hours on its initial lighting. This ‘memory burn’ allows the wax pool to melt fully across the surface, ensuring an even subsequent burn and minimising tunnelling – where the wax only melts down the sides of the jar.
